In collaboration with Simone Cicero, Product and Service Designer and creator of the Platform Design Toolkit, Vivaldi will be co-hosting a 2-Day Platform Design Masterclass in New York City. This session is limited to 30 participants and will consist of substantial hands-on exercises.
Participants will identify a design brief that they are excited about (ex. a company project, a new strategy, an organizational transformation, etc.). Then, they will immerse themselves in a workshop that focuses on learning the new platform design methodology and implementing it directly on work that excites them. The 2-day session will conclude with a reflection on how participants confronted their project.
Join us in indulging yourself and your team in a hands-on learning experience that will help you and your business achieve strategic acceleration.
The Platform Design Toolkit is an open source document, it’s free and can be used by companies and thinkers alike. With around 20,000 practitioners, ensuring accessibility was important for Simone. He strongly believes that releasing knowledge to the commons pushes his organization to climb the value chain, to design his own service as a platform, which ultimately allows this platform strategy learning engine to continuously evolve.
